I have a rental property as an investment and for passive income.

For many years, Applegate has been managing this rental property for me. They have expertise in full-service management including finding and screening tenants, leasing, maintenance, financial statements, and other activities related to overseeing the rental property. I view day to day property management as best left to the experts. To give an example, recently there was some storm damage on the property.
