I have had nothing but positive experiences.

Most recently I gave a call to the Management team to have maintenance come and fix a few things in my place where I am renting. They were very prompt in getting back to me and set up an appointment at my earliest convenience. Joe, with maintenance, showed up at the time designated and fixed all the things ASAP, even installing a new towel rack which was upgraded from the last one. While he was at my home, he also did extra things and touched up some areas with paint where it was needed in the bathroom without me asking. He was very pleasant and asked if there was anything else that needed attention. I am very satisfied with Applegate and their continual service. I have had nothing but positive experiences.
