Managing properties can be a daunting task for any individual.

After attempting to use 2 management companies I landed on Applegate Property management team. WOW! This 3 letter word hardly does justice for the amazing service I have received. They have truly removed any of my previously wasted time, and taken on all facets of managing my rental properties. In addition to this service, they also have found QUALITY tenants with extensive background checks (time consuming!) Lastly, their sale team has been wonderful in aiding in buying and selling of properties. They are very thorough and always available!
